Ku Phra Kona, Roi Et, Thailand
Three brick/sandstone Prang on a common laterite base. This Khmer site dates from the Baphuan period, around 11th century. The bricks are deteriorating badly, and one Prang has been given a roof to provide some preservation. There is quite a large forest beside this site, and it contains a large clan of Macaque monkeys that have become adept at cooling off in the water tank under the trees.
