Ta Kwai, on the border with Cambodia, is a single tower constructed with sandstone blocks. It is in deep jungle, and was made generally accessible only since about 2008. It has an unfinished look, as there is no detailed sculpting even though the construction suggests it was intended. The site is supervised by soldiers from both Thailand and Cambodia. Ta Kwai is quite close to our Surin home.
