At Singapore's Zion Road Food Centre, the Carrot Cake vendor is doing brisk trade. He is a stylish and entertaining worker, and dances a bit as he cooks. He is also a bit hard-of-hearing and so you have to point at things as you are making the order...$6 size serve, chili, etc. The main ingredients in his product are white radish and egg, so I am a bit surprised at the name of his main menu item.
