Confiscated teak

In the Chao Phraya river, at the park under the Rama9 bridge opposite the KBank obelisk, there is a sea of several thousand large logs...I have been told these are seized teakwood logs, from the illegal timber trade, and the authorities are having difficulties deciding what to do with them.

With half a dozen of these I could probably have a quite decent teakwood home...just saying...
