Night Fishing involved placing a fluorescent tube in front of a sheet of roofing iron that is standing at about an 80degree angle over a bucket of water. Night-flying insects are attracted by the light, hit the sheet and drop into the water from which they cannot escape.
The Catch is sorted next morning, and finds its way into meals during the following day.
Picture are a few exotics, sorted from the main catch of small, black beetles.
