When I was visiting Cambodia in early October I found much of the country to be under water!
Most of the locals seem to be taking the situation in their stride, but this couple's body language suggests that they either:
#1...have just had a heated debate about whether to eat fish or chicken for dinner, or
#2...are getting a little fed up with their chronic foot-rot.
